The Digital Marketing Specialist at AGS Capital thrives on creativity, learning new platforms and new

techniques, and keeping up with digital marketing trends. You’ll be hands-on, working with a small team

to develop and implement digital marketing content and strategies to optimize the online user

experience, increase marketing effectiveness, improve client satisfaction, and drive lead generation for

our portfolio of companies.

At AGS Capital we provide services to a wide range of companies, covering many industry types,

including those within B2C senior living, B2B services, and B2C online direct-to-consumer retail spaces. 

The ability to use your understanding of digital marketing and apply it to multiple industries will be key

within this role.

Responsibilities

 Develop marketing strategies and set goals. 

Curate, create and publish content across various channels (websites, social media, blogs, search

engines, email, video, and print). 

Development and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple channels. 

Measure overall content effectiveness by analyzing and reporting success metrics. 

Optimize content considering target markets and audiences. 

Continuously monitor, measure, and report on activities, trends, and campaign results and 

provide insights to drive improvement of strategies. 

Effectively generate leads, develop and implement lead funnels and audience targeting efforts. 

Influencer identification, outreach, list management, and results analytics 

Research and test new platforms for relevance. 

Identify new opportunities for growth and methods to improve efficiency. 

Provide recommendations for cohesive brand development. 

Collaborate with key stakeholders to produce high-quality content and results.

Requirements

 Proven work experience in Digital Marketing. 

Content creation and design experience. 

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, web design, social media platforms, content management

systems. 

Some knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other media editing

software. 

Some knowledge of online platforms including Zoho, SEMRush, Social Media Management tools, 

MailChimp (Email Campaign), Google Suite of products (Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Tag

Manager, Merchant Center), Bing Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, or other similar online

platforms. 

An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines. 

Project management skills and attention to detail. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Relevant work experience in Online Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field(s).

Job/Schedule Flexibility

We are open to candidates who are interested in full-time salaried or a part-time hourly equivalent.

Candidates will be required to be in-office for this position.
