We are seeking an experienced and innovative Packaging Lead to join our team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and be ready to implement new strategies and ideas that will take the packaging department to the next level of efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 

- Lead and manage the packaging team to ensure high productivity and quality standards.

- Develop and implement new strategies for organizing the packaging area, optimizing workflow, and improving efficiency.

- Ensure all packaging meets company quality standards and client specifications.

- Collaborate with other departments, including production and shipping, to ensure seamless operations.

- Train and mentor packaging staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Monitor and maintain inventory of packaging materials, ensuring stock levels are optimized.

- Identify areas for improvement in processes and suggest innovative solutions to increase department productivity.

- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications: 

- Proven experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a packaging department.

- Strong organizational skills with a track record of implementing successful strategies to improve department efficiency.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
