Job Summary:

Sycamore Reserve Senior Living is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Part-Time Servers to join our dedicated dining team in our senior apartment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring residents receive exceptional dining experiences, fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere, and providing assistance to residents during meal services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Take meal orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve meals to residents at their tables, catering to individual preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication regarding menu items and special requests.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of snacks, beverages, and special events as needed.
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols in accordance with health regulations.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when interacting with senior residents.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
