We are currently seeking a Night Shift Leader to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Night Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the aluminum finishing production team during the night shift. This role includes managing staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, optimizing production processes, and maintaining a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff during the night shift to ensure efficient operation and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate production targets, safety protocols, and any relevant updates to the team.
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance, addressing any issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
- Evaluate production output and implement strategies to achieve efficiency and quality improvements.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to identify and address potential hazards or safety risks.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports, communicating status updates to management as needed.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related problems, collaborating with maintenance and engineering teams when necessary.
- Promote a positive work environment, encouraging employee engagement and motivation.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on aluminum finishing or metal processing preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
