Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our team at AGS-CAPITAL. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate evaluations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts or grievances in a fair and effective manner.
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with AGS-CAPITAL’s values.

3. Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal processes to enhance employee performance and development.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on goal-setting and performance feedback.
- Implement training and development programs to facilitate continuous learning.

4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and oversee compensation structures and benefit programs to remain competitive and attractive to employees.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and market research to ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and practices concerning payroll and benefits administration.

5. Compliance and Policy Development:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies are compliant.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support AGS-CAPITAL’s goals and objectives.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to HR metrics and compliance.

6. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote professional development within the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on managerial roles.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, compensation structures, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
